Why does ESPN need help attracting candidates? They don’t. They’re ESPN. But they do need help finding the RIGHT ones. Which is where this new employer brand came in – chock full of challenging statements, vibrant photography, and a push for employee-generated content (a program called “BeHere”). We also built a fit finder, prompting users to select their top traits and see which jobs are a match. (Try as I might, it never gave me SportsCenter anchor. Sigh.)
